At Havana Socks, we want you to love every pair you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn socks back into their original Havana Socks packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
